The 8:45 AM Worship Team leads worship at 8:45 AM in the Sanctuary.
Chancel Choir
Our adult choir shares their vocal gifts weekly in our traditional 11:00 AM Worship Service as well as special programs and concerts. Rehearsals are Wednesday nights from 6:45-8:15 PM in the Music Suite.
Orchestra
Using their instrumental talents, adults and youth combine to support the worship time at our 11:00 AM Traditional Service, and accompany choral concerts. Rehearsals are Wednesday nights 6:45-8:00 PM in the Orchestra Room. Directed by Rachel Cox.
Joy Choir
Our senior adult choir is open to all adults 50+. They enjoy a warm fellowship and sing the second Sunday of each month in the 11:00 traditional worship service. The group sings regularly for community ministries, leads Easter worship in area nursing homes, and takes an annual tour. Tours have taken the group throughout Tennessee and to Virginia, Kentucky, North and South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama.
Graded Children's Choir
During the school year, we offer graded choirs for children ages 4 through 4th grade on Wednesday nights as a part of our KIDServe program.
Handbells
Central has three bell choirs. The Jubilee Ringers (adults) ring for worship, community outreach and participate in festivals each year. The Jesus’ Jinglers (youth) ring periodically for worship and take an annual tour. The Praise Ringers (children) enjoy making music together and learning about music, worship and handbells. All of these groups enjoy great “community” through the opportunities they receive to share the love of Jesus and the awesome nature of God through their music.
Highest Praise

SELAH Brass
This brass ensemble is by audition only and performs special selections in worship and other programs. Directed by Rachel Cox.
Guatemala
Thanks to everyone at Central Baptist Church for your prayers and support in helping to provide Christmas Cheer Packs to the children in Guatemala. So what difference did these simple gifts of love make? Mike Parker, Director of Clubhouse Guatemala, recently shared that of the 35 Cheer Packs from Central Baptist that he personally shared with teenagers in Guatemala, 25 of those teens accepted Christ as their Savior. Now that is an eternal return.
